Stratford University Names Dr. Mary Kay Svedberg Director of Falls Church Campus

Mary Kay Svedberg, Ph.D.,

Stratford University has announced that Mary Kay Svedberg, Ph.D., has joined the university as the Campus Director of the Falls Church campus. Svedberg, who has more than 20 years of higher education experience, serves as the chief administrative officer and has full responsibility for all human, financial, physical, and academic resources at Stratford’s main campus.

Svedberg most recently served as the Regional President, in addition to prior positions of Campus President and Academic Dean, at Westwood College in Arlington and Annandale, Virginia. She also was with Strayer University of Washington, D.C., most recently as the Associate Dean. Svedberg earned her Doctor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Science degrees at Virginia Tech and her Master of Education at the College of William and Mary.
