As Bridgewater Wealth’s Director of Finance, Ryan has a passion for getting things done. As an integral part of the management team, he oversees all of the financial operations for the firm. He is responsible for preparing financial forecasts along with coordinating, analyzing and reporting the financial performance to the CEO. Ryan contributes to the firm’s growth providing in-depth financial analysis and insight for future mergers and acquisitions.

Along with these responsibilities, Ryan serves in a variety financial roles from controller to CFO for several of the firm’s clients. 

He has a keen interest in technology and looks for new and more efficient ways to incorporate technology and finance. He is part of the firm’s technology committee which evaluates and implements new technology to improve efficiency and security and better meet the needs of our clients.

Ryan is a CPA in public accounting with a specialty in financial accounting. He worked in finance for Marriott Hotels and Troika Entertainment before joining Bridgewater.
