Ken Niumatalolo On QB Will Worth: 'Power, Physical Runner'

College football seasons typically offer twists and turns no one can envision when fall camp begins, and that was true for the Navy Midshipmen, who lost starting quarterback Tago Smith to a torn ACL during 52-16 win against Fordham Sept. 3 in Annapolis, Md.

Smith, a senior who waited his turn behind record-breaking quarterback Keenan Reynolds, earned the reigns to Navy's triple-option offense but had it taken away before he even completed a half with the Midshipmen. Smith had run 10 times for 97 yards before the injury, well on his way to an extremely productive game, and likely, a productive season, too.

Navy head coach Ken Niumatalolo joined Glenn Clark Radio Sept. 8 to discuss the unfortunate circumstances of Smith's injury.
