Darla Moon

Darla Moon is joining Patriot Group International (PGI) as the company’s new chief financial officer.

Moon served as senior vice president of business operations at ManTech for more than six years.

Before her stint with the company, she spent 12 years as a director of business management at Northrop Grumman. She has also served as chief financial officer for Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI). There, Moon managed more than 50 contracts and $50 million in sales.

“I chose PGI because it’s a company I truly believe in,” said Moon. “I’ll be able to continue my career protecting America and American ally interests with a quickly growing, innovative company, while also having the work-life balance that empowers me to spend time with my family.”

At ManTech, Darla supervised a large finance team and helped streamline operations, saving the billion-dollar public company several million dollars in indirect costs. She‘s a multi-year recipient of the National Association of Professional Women’s (NAPW) Women of the Year award.

PGI offers expeditionary services to clients within the intelligence, defense and private sectors. The company’s most notable recent contract wins include the Department of Defense Counter Narcotics and Global Threat Operations and Logistics contract and the Worldwide Protective Services contract for Department of State.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Darla to the team,” said PGI CEO Greg Craddock. “Her professional experience and demonstrated industry expertise will help take PGI to the next level.”

Darla holds a BA in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. The self-proclaimed Army brat loves spending time with her 13-year-old daughter. She also enjoys hiking, running and traveling in her spare time. She will begin managing PGI’s financial affairs this week.
