Whereby SNM Global Holdings will purchase 17.5% of Game Vodka for $100,000.00 in cash and common stock. SNM Global Holdings will also secure exclusive distribution rights for Game Vodka products. The parties will consummate the transaction with a definitive purchase and sale agreement by the end of the fourth quarter. SNM Global Holdings will provide funding and promotions to further enhance and expand the Game Vodka products.

Game Vodka is an organic based corn vodka, 8 times filtered, 5 times distilled, using reverse osmosis water. Game Vodka is the first spirit created and marketed 100% for sports. "Crafted for the Sports Fan" is its slogan. Their goal is to be the "spirit of all sports."
