The 3-1 Ravens are hosting the suddenly hotter 2-2 Redskins. Baltimore has given up an average of 18 points through four games, while the Redskins have given up an average of 27 points a game through their first quarter of the season. However, the Ravens gave up 28 points to the best offense they've faced this season -- the Oakland Raiders. The Redskins' offense has come out and demonstrated what we saw in 2015 -- if given the time, quarterback Kirk Cousins can pick opponents apart. At the end of last week's Ravens game, after they had wrestled the lead from the Raiders for the first time, free safety Lardarius Webb was going through the concussion protocol. His absence may have led to the ease with which the Raiders moved down the field for their game-winning score. If both strong safety Eric Weddle and Webb can play against the Redskins, and the Ravens can muster some real pressure on Cousins, the Ravens win this one.
