Merrill Lynch Wealth Management has named Gina Sorrells market executive for the Southern Virginia market.
Sorrells will lead 153 financial advisers in seven branch offices in the Charlottesville, Hampton Roads and Richmond areas.
Most recently Sorrells was market executive for the Carolina Commonwealth market in Greensboro, N.C. Sorrells has been with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since 1997, when she joined the firm as a financial adviser in the firm’s Asheville, N.C., office. There she held many leadership roles, including resident director and associate director.
