Forcepoint Appoints Kristin Machacek Leary as VP and Chief Human Resources Officer

Global cybersecurity leader Forcepoint™ today announced Kristin Machacek Leary joined the company as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). As a member of Forcepoint's executive leadership team, Leary will lead the company's HR organization and champion the global talent, culture and workforce development programs that attract and retain the best people in the industry.

Based in Forcepoint's Austin, Texas headquarterrs, Leary will report directly to Matthew P. Moynahan, chief executive officer. Leary assumes Forcepoint HR and executive leadership responsibilities effective immediately.

Leary brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership and human resources experience to Forcepoint, including executive and leadership development, workforce planning, organizational development, talent and performance management and employee recruitment and retention. Most recently, Leary served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources at Alphatec Spine. Previously, Leary held HR leadership roles at Quintiles, Hewlett-Packard and Boston Scientific, among others. Leary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications & English from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota.
