Richmond-based Dominion Resources Inc. is promoting two executives to head its Dominion Energy and Dominion Virginia Power business groups starting Jan. 1.
Diane Leopold, currently the president of Dominion Energy, will add the title of CEO. She will be responsible for all of the company’s natural gas businesses.
Robert M. Blue, at present the senior vice president of the company’s law, regulation and policy division as well as president of the Dominion Virginia Power business unit, will shed the law, regulation and policy responsibilities to become president and CEO of Dominion Virginia Power.
Both will report to Thomas F. Farrell II, Dominion Resources Inc.’s chairman, president and CEO.
