This one is almost a mirror image of the Dec. 18 Eagles-Ravens game with one notable exception. While I see the Eagles playing out the string in 2016, the Panthers have a bit more pride when it comes to finishing the season strong. Carolina is 1-5 on the road, but this is "Monday Night Football" -- on the big stage. I see the Panthers trying to show football fans they aren't to be written off in the long haul. This one will become a tough defensive struggle, with Panthers quarterback Cam Newton lifting his team to a surprise win and knocking the Redskins from the playoff picture.
