Wall as Partner in the Washington, DC office and member of the firm’s airline practice group. Jeff comes to FordHarrison from United Airlines, Inc. He concentrates his practice on labor relations, including labor negotiations strategies, labor arbitration, and corporate/employee communications.

Jeff rejoins FordHarrison after 18 years spent as an attorney and airline executive with Continental Airlines and United Airlines. He was the Senior Director, Labor Relations, at Continental during its 2010 merger with United. As United’s Vice President, Labor Relations, Jeff helped oversee the strategic planning and management of human resource and labor issues through the merger and for the past six years. He has led numerous critical projects, including cross-divisional employee communication campaigns, labor contract negotiations, front-line management engagement programs as well as retirement, pension and benefits initiatives. Jeff has broad experience with traditional labor law, representing major and regional airline and rail clients in labor negotiations, mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, HR and fair employment policy development and regulatory compliance matters. Jeff has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney in the airline industry.
