Fidelity Mechanical Services (FMS), a Fidelity Engineering Company and premier provider of Mechanical HVAC design, installation and service in the Mid-Atlantic region, has acquired Martin J. Braun Co. (MJB).  The acquisition was completed on February 13, 2017.

Started in 1974, MJB is a leading mechanical contractor that manufactures and installs plumbing, HVAC, and sheet metal products in industrial and commercial buildings. The company provides numerous types of piping installations, including piping for chilled water and heating water, steam, sanitation, domestic water, storm and natural gas.  Its HVAC business primarily fabricates and installs duct work and specialized exhaust systems.  MJB is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland.

The acquisition will allow Fidelity to expand its concentration on Federal government contract work and further diversify its offerings.

The MJB team will report directly to Carmine Mistichelli, President/Partner of Fidelity Mechanical Services.
