Dodson Property Management, which first entered the Fredericksburg market in 2015 with its purchase of Park Hill Properties, is acquiring another local company.
Owner Duke Dodson took over Military Plus Property Management Wednesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Dodson said he has had a long working relationship with Military Plus owner Jo Anne Green, who approached him about a sale four months ago as she prepares to retire.
Along with the acquisition, the company’s local office will move from 10458 Hilltop Plaza Way in Spotsylvania County to 1313 Jefferson Davis Highway in Fredericksburg. Military Plus’ five employees will join Dodson’s team there.
