Managing Consultant Arnold Garcia to co-present “Mobile Device Collection and Preservation” on April 20
iDiscovery Solutions (iDS), an award-winning legal technology consulting and expert services firm, announced today that Managing Consultant Arnold Garcia will co-present “Mobile Device Collection and Preservation” for the San Diego ESI Forum. The 60-minute, complimentary MCLE from will take place live on Thursday, April 20, at 12:00 p.m. PST at the Carter/keep U.S. Courthouse in San Diego.
There have been many changes, even in the past year, in the way mobile devices are used and the methods of collecting and preserving their contents. This is particularly true of ESI, such as text messages and photographs, that may only be found on the device. The distinguished panel will discuss where mobile device collection and preservation is today how to tackle even the most difficult issues.
Mr. Garcia is an expert in digital forensics, ESI collections, and eDiscovery. He has recorded, collected, and imaged over one thousand different data sources and is an expert in digital media examinations including, but not limited to, computers, cameras, cellphones, PDAs, thumb drives, networked devices, and other digital media.
