BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation's leading accounting and consulting organizations, today announced that Jin Koo has been admitted to the firm’s partnership. In this role, Ms. Koo will be responsible for advising clients and engagement teams on complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, stock compensation and business combinations.  Previously, Ms. Koo was a Senior Manager in the firm’s Chicago and San Francisco offices.

Ms. Koo has extensive experience advising teams on accounting matters, reviewing filings and comfort letters, and contributed in setting accounting standards on cash flows, income tax disclosures and stock compensation. Ms. Koo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of San Francisco.
