BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation's leading accounting and consulting organizations, today announced that Alison Torres has been admitted to the firm’s partnership. In this role, Ms. Torres will be responsible for leading BDO’s Atlantic Region TAS Tax practice, supporting clients with domestic and cross-border tax due diligence, structuring and other transaction related tax advisory services. Previously, Ms. Torres was a Managing Director in the firm’s Greater Washington D.C. office.

Ms. Torres has more than 16 years of experience in the public accounting industry, serving in dedicated transaction advisory/merger and acquisition practices for more than 15 of those years. Ms. Torres is a member of the California State Bar Association. She earned a B.A. in economics/business from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
