Jason Sevier has joined Grant Thornton LLP as an Audit partner, based in the firm’s Baltimore office. He brings more than 25 years of audit, accounting and consulting experience to the firm’s Atlantic Coast region. He specializes in serving public and private companies in the high-tech, real estate, hospitality, private equity, hedge fund, media, and telecommunications industries. Jason has assisted companies with complex leasing transactions, partnership accounting matters, equity method accounting and complex partnership structures. In addition, he has been involved with numerous initial public offerings, as well as secondary offerings and SEC filings. Previously, he served as a regional real estate leader and lead partner in RSM’s Baltimore Private Equity Group.

Sevier is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. He received his MBA from New York University and his bachelor’s degree from Towson University.
