Today the corporation announced the recent launch of its newly enhanced website, which will provide an enriched experience for its clients. The new website offers simpler navigation features, straightforward design, targeted messaging and an increased focus on educational tools.
Complementing the redesign of the public website, Account Access, ICMA-RC's account management portal for plan participants and EZLink, ICMA-RC's plan administration portal, were also enhanced to put more of the popular tools and features up front.
Account Access now gives participants the ability to customize their experiences by choosing the objectives most relevant to their needs based on where they are in their retirement savings journey. Sample options include saving, managing a portfolio, and getting ready to retire. Based on each participant's personal choices, educational resources such as videos, calculators, and webinars will appear on the main dashboard.
New features have been added to the EZLink dashboard that offers plan sponsors greater accessibility to the items they use most. These new dashboards are customized by functions such as contributions, enrollments, and investments.
