Lee Chesapeake Property Management, a division of Lee & Associates Maryland, has won a contract from Emmorton Off, LLC to perform comprehensive asset management services for 2113 Emmorton Park Road, a two-story, 13,200 square foot commercial office building situated in the Edgewood section of Baltimore County. Michelle Kimos, Director of Property Management for Lee Chesapeake Property Management, will oversee the asset management strategy.

Lee Chesapeake Property Management handles asset management services for more than three million square feet of commercial office, industrial, warehouse and retail space throughout the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. The multi-tenanted building is contained within the Emmorton Business Park.
