Jenkins is a veteran leader in the SaaS technology space, most recently serving as VP of Customer Success at Iconixx Software Corporation, where she focused on rapid growth and customer retention.

Jenkins takes over the CEO role from Khorus founder Joel Trammell, who last November was appointed as CEO of Black Box Network Services.

“The board and I are extremely pleased to have Carolyn take over day-to-day leadership of Khorus,” said Trammell. “Given her deep operational experience and track record in growing SaaS organizations, we’re confident she is the right person to lead Khorus forward and further empower our customers to run predictable, high-performing organizations.”

Since January 2017, Khorus has experienced nearly 100 percent revenue growth. More than 100 organizations, including Spredfast, Transnetyx, Rudolph Technologies, Workfront, and Alamo Drafthouse, use its software to align strategic goals, monitor week-to-week execution, and equip managers with predictive analytics and coaching support.

“I’m tremendously excited to be a part of the Khorus mission,” said Jenkins. “The software—and the methodology behind it—gives CEOs and other leaders an unprecedented system for delivering results. And the best part is that Khorus engages and supports employees at every level of the organization. At the end of the day, your strategy is only as good as how well you execute it, and that requires everyone on your team.”

Jenkins hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin’s Red McCombs School of Business. She has served on the Compensation Trends and Best Practices Advisory Board at HR.com and previously founded EngageTalent, a boutique staffing firm.
