The Children’s Guild D.C. Public Charter School Names Bryan Daniels Principal

Bryan Daniels

The Children’s Guild District of Columbia Public Charter School, which serves students from kindergarten through eighth grade, named Bryan C. Daniels principal. Previously, Daniels was the school’s assistant principal.

For the past 15 years, Daniels has held multiple positions with The Children’s Guild, including resource instructor, special education teacher, instructional coordinator, instructional coach and assistant principal for The Children’s Guild’s nonpublic school, serving students who are emotionally and behaviorally disturbed as well as students on the autism spectrum. Prior to joining The Children’s Guild, Daniels was a kindergarten teacher in Prince George’s County Public Schools.

Daniels holds a master’s degree in special education and human development from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. He grew up in northeast Washington and Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

The Children’s Guild is an affiliate of the TranZed Alliance, a nonprofit organization serving children, families and child-serving organizations and dedicated to transforming how America educates and cares for its children through education, behavioral health and national training and consultation services.
