Hardywood Park Craft Brewery LLC, which has opened its new West Creek brewery and taproom in Goochland County, has completed a $1.3 million capital raise, according to regulatory filings.
Hardywood began the equity offering in January and completed it this month, according to documents filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
“Coming off three years operating at capacity, we are now opening our new West Creek brewery, rolling out a series of exciting beers, and entering select new markets,” Eric McKay, Hardywood’s president and co-founder, said in a statement.
“This round puts us in a position of strength as we continue responsible, organic growth.
