Fairfax, Va.–based software development company 3Pillar Global added a trio of new executives from recognizable D.C.–area companies to its team.

The company, which has built software and apps for Carfax, PBS, National Geographic, currently has 800 employees across offices in North America, Europe and Asia.

“We are expecting to exceed 20% revenue growth and reach 1000 employees this year,” David DeWolf, president and CEO of the 12-year-old revenue firm, wrote in a blog post. The company posted $40M in revenue in 2016, according to the Inc. 5000. “As a result, we have added three key leaders to further build the team that will get us there — each of whom is uniquely equipped to support our growth from an emerging to a recognized leader in digital product development services.
