Middleburg Names Danielle West, CAM, CAPS as Regional Property Manager for New Development

Middleburg, a Vienna, Virginia-based real estate investment, development and management firm, has named Danielle West, CAM, CAPS as Regional Property Manager for New Development, where she will be responsible for all operations within the company’s developed apartment portfolio, with an emphasis on delivering superior lease-up strategies on new communities within the portfolio.

“Danielle is uniquely qualified to positively impact the operational performance of our newly developed communities,” said Middleburg President, Duane Wooldridge. “Middleburg is building a leadership team that will ensure our portfolio’s continued success as we grow and Danielle is an integral addition to our operations. Ms. West previously served as Director of Asset Management for Northwood Ravin, where she was responsible for developing, implementing and executing initiatives to translate asset strategies into key quantifiable operational metrics for a 5,000-unit multifamily portfolio. While at Northwood Ravin, she directed the lease-up program for a 250-unit Class A mid-rise apartment community in Atlanta, where the team achieved the fastest lease-up in the Atlanta market during 2017. Prior to Northwood Ravin, Ms. West served as Director of Operations for Grubb Properties where she was responsible for the successful operations of a 3,200-unit, seven property portfolio based in multiple markets throughout the Southeast.

Ms. West is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Appalachian State University.
