Berman McAleer, LLC, an independent firm whose professionals offer advisory and wealth management services, announced today that it has hired Sherron Grady as Operations Manager.

“Sherron’s depth of experience in operations will be valuable as our firm continues to grow,” said David Berman, Berman McAleer’s Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. “Her background in human resources, financial management, and process efficiencies will help guide our expanding firm as we continue to evolve.”

Grady began her career in 1995 as a systems and billing manager for Integrated Health Services in Dallas, Texas.She returned to Baltimore as a financial analyst for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and held the post of financial operations manager for Jason Pharmaceuticals/Medifast before joining Berman McAleer this year.

A graduate of Coppin State College, Grady holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science with a concentration in accounting.
