Gregory R. Reed Joins Washington Office As Associate

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Gregory R. Reed has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C., office as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

“We are pleased to welcome Greg to our firm,” said Bradley Washington, D.C., Office Managing Partner Douglas L. Patin. “He is a great addition to our team of experienced litigators in our D.C. office.”

Mr. Reed is experienced in all stages of civil litigation in federal and state court. He has successfully defended against motions to dismiss and for summary judgment. He also has represented clients’ interests before state legislative committees and aided elected officials in drafting reform legislation. 

Prior to joining Bradley, Mr. Reed was an attorney at the Institute for Justice, where he represented entrepreneurs and business owners in constitutional challenges to onerous and anticompetitive laws in both federal and state court. He also advised national educational choice advocacy organizations and state legislators on how to construct constitutionality defensible and effective educational choice programs.

Mr. Reed received his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Haverford College.
