Three contract extensions also highlight May business news

Electrosoft, a leading provider of diversified technology-based solutions and services to the federal government, has been selected to provide event planning support to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center for a variety of conferences, peer reviews, colloquiums, symposiums, workshops and other meetings. Electrosoft will deliver these services under the Programmatic and Institutional Knowledge Exchange Services (PIKES) contract, an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract that runs from May 1, 2018 through August 31, 2020.

Electrosoft also recently received notification of three contract extensions:

• The U.S. Army extended the Information Technology Architecture Services contract, allowing Electrosoft to continue to provide IT infrastructure and videoteleconferencingsupport for mission-specific computational assets through March 2019.

• The National Institute of Standards and Technology awarded Electrosoft a new task order under the Computer and Information Security Services contract. It will allow the firm to continue supporting the development of the NIST cybersecurity framework as a G2, Inc. subcontractor through April 30, 2019.

• Electrosoft will continue to provide information assurance support to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), as a subcontractor to A3IS, through February 2019.The firm is providing security operations and authorization support for USPTO information systems.
