Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of six transactions totaling 28,785 square feet of commercial space in the metropolitan Richmond, Virginia market.

Lease Transactions

Victory Lane Auto Sales and Accessories leased 15,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Oxbridge Square Shopping Center located at 10011 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Cheryle Toy, Sara Goodall and Read Goode represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Victory Lane Auto joins Starbucks, YouFit, Shoney’s, Subway and Great Clips in Oxbridge Square. The company has been serving Richmond and surrounding areas with deals on pre-owned automobiles, unique/rare collectibles and specialized sports cars for 20 years.

Our Town Treasures and Auctions leased 6,400 square feet of retail space in Oxbridge Square Shopping Center located at 9941 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Cheryle Toy and Sara Goodall represented the landlord in lease negotiations with the antique store.

Colonial Downs Group leased 3,887 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Williams Mullen Center located at 200 South 10^thStreet in Richmond. Eric Hammond and Dean Foster represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in the office building include Williams Mullen, PC, Divaris Real Estate and Oppenheimer & Co.

Pure Barre leased 2,037 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased GreenGate located on Maltby Boulevard in Henrico, Virginia. Peter Vick and Harrison Hall handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord while Ali McCrickard and Brett McNamee represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Other tenants in GreenGate include: Lidl, Mellow Mushroom, Purify, Cycle Bar, Ginger Juice, Starbucks, Bartaco, The Daily Kitchen & Bar, West Coast Provisions and Red Salt Chophouse and Sushi.

Dr. Vivian L. Begali leased 1,088 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Fountain Park located at 9327 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond. Eric Hammond, Dean Foster and John Madures represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Peggy Hawthorne-Wood leased 373 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7206 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Sara Goodall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
