H&R Retail is pleased to announce that Dollar Tree has signed a lease at Loch Raven Shopping Center located at 1500 East Northern Parkway in Baltimore, Maryland. Dollar Tree's new Baltimore City location is slated to open in early Fall of 2018 and will occupy 14,284 square feet. H&R Retail Principals Lawrence Hoffman and Scott Yurow represented the tenant in the transaction.

H&R Retail has represented Dollar Tree since 2008 and has completed more than 35 leases in Maryland and Washington, DC on Dollar Tree's behalf. “Dollar Tree is an actively growing tenant in Maryland and we are confident that this additional location will satisfy the area's strong demand for value retail ,” says H&R Retail Principal Scott Yurow.
