John Myers Joins Launch Workplaces as Business Development Leader

Launch Workplaces, a network of collaborative workspaces owned by The Brick Companies, today announced that John Myers has joined the organization as business development leader.

In this role, Myers is responsible for leading corporate sales of Launch Workplaces (Launch) concepts and franchises and managing all aspects of Launch’s growing sales team development. A LEED AP candidate, Myers joins Launch from Avison Young where he was principal real estate broker and represented landlord’s and tenant’s in all aspects of commercial real estate including site selection, marketing, budgeting, acquisition, construction, maintenance, and operation and disposition from leasing to sales. Myers has also worked as managing director of Cassidy Turley’s Maryland office, and a senior vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, Jones Lang Wootton, and Barnes Morris Pardoe & Foster.

Myers is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP). He volunteers with the National Down Syndrome Society’s Buddy Walk Program and the Brave Dave Foundation’s Brave Dave Open, an annual golf tournament that supports the foundation’s effort to cure all auto-immune diseases. A resident of Chevy Chase, Myers earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park.
