Salient CRGT, Inc. continues to invest in its leadership and growth initiatives by announcing today Allen Deitz is joining the company as Executive Vice President, Growth Enablement Team. Allen will lead the Growth Enablement Team whose mission is to drive solutions and innovations for the company and customers.

Allen brings over 20 years of experience in the federal technology and professional services industry, with significant experience in providing executive leadership on strategic business capture and technology initiatives.

Formerly, Allen served as the Vice President for Proposals at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he built upon CSRA's successful enterprise proposal capability following its acquisition by GDIT. During Allen's remarkable career he developed proposal capabilities that were tailored to align with multibillion-dollar enterprise business models. He served as a strategic advisor on top capture opportunities, leading the incorporation and integration of win strategies across all proposal elements, to include technical, management, past performance, personnel, and business volumes. Allen's previous roles also include technical leadership for defense and federal civilian organizations and leadership of diverse employee development programs.
