Outlook: Head coach Mike Dailey took over a Green Terror team that went 0-10 in 2015. McDaniel went 3-7 during the 2016 and 2017 seasons under Dailey.
However, among those seven losses last year were a 43-41 decision at Centennial Conference co-champion Franklin & Marshall and a 42-41 overtime setback against Juniata -- both in September. As such, McDaniel essentially was a few points from opening the year 5-0. The team also lost three key players -- running back Perry Stefanelli, linebacker Anthony Crawley and offensive tackle Josh Disharoon -- to injuries in September.
