
The Maryland football team notched its second win of the season with a 45-14 victory at Bowling Green Sept. 8. After trailing 14-10 at halftime, the Terps improved on both sides of the ball and the defense shut out the Falcons’ offense in the second half to secure the win.

1. Strong rushing attack
The Terps’ deep stable of running backs showed off Sept. 8 to the tune of 444 rushing yards and five touchdowns. Senior Ty Johnson led the way with 124 yards on 12 carries.
