If ESPN's "College Gameday" were to travel to a Division III venue this weekend, Johns Hopkins University's Homewood Field almost certainly would be the place.
The eyes of NCAA Division III football turn to Baltimore Oct. 27 as the 6-1 Blue Jays host unbeaten Muhlenberg at 2 p.m. in the only Division III matchup featuring two ranked teams this week.
Hopkins inched ahead of the 22nd-ranked Mules in the American Football Coaches Association poll this week, moving into the 21st spot. Muhlenberg is 18th and the Blue Jays are 23rd in the D3Football.com poll.
