Despite allowing the fewest points and yards per game in the NFL, the 4-4 Baltimore Ravens are on a two-game losing streak and sit in third place in the AFC North midway through the 2018 season.
Former Ravens head coach Brian Billick believes forcing big defensive plays and turnovers will set them apart from other teams and could get them back to the playoffs for the first time since 2014. The Ravens have just seven takeaways this season.
"We obviously know they're a good defense," Billick said on Glenn Clark Radio Oct. 29. "They can be stout against the run. They can be good on third down in the red zone. But not giving up big plays and getting those turnovers -- that's where they're not bad but not distinguishing themselves."
