CBRE today announced that Bill Pellington has been promoted to Executive Vice President, a title that represents extraordinary achievement in the industry and the firm’s greater Washington-Baltimore region. With 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Pellington currently leads a team of six real estate professionals specializing in industrial real estate in Baltimore and the Mid-Atlantic.
