Dentons, the world’s leading global law firm, named Greg Doggett as counsel in the Health Care practice. He joins Dentons from 340B Health, a membership organization of more than 1,300 public and private nonprofit hospitals and health systems, where he served as vice president, legal and policy counsel.

Doggett will focus his practice on advising C-suite executives, general counsel and chief compliance officers at public and private nonprofit hospitals and health systems on 340B compliance and advocacy matters, including 340B Drug Pricing Program compliance, Medicare coverage and reimbursement issues and Medicaid-related regulatory issues. Doggett will also work closely with the Firm’s Public Policy practice.

In his role at 340B Health, Doggett helped lead the organization’s regulatory advocacy efforts managing the 340B Coalition, comprised of 13 national organizations representing a broad range of 340B providers. He also oversaw program and content development for 340B Health’s two national conferences and was instrumental in developing and providing educational resources for members. His role also involved advocacy on behalf of the membership related to 340B, Medicaid and Medicare billing and reimbursement, track-and-trace laws and in meetings with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Food and Drug Administration, Federal Trade Commission, congressional offices and with other organizations and businesses.

Prior to joining 340B, Doggett oversaw the government and board affairs of the Association of Healthcare Documentation Integrity and the Medical Transcription Industry Association. He earned his JD from Case Western Reserve University and his BS, cum laude, from University of Evansville.
