Nick Depriest-Bishop

Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Nick DePriest-Bishop to Project Engineer in the construction department. Mr. DePriest-Bishop, who joined the company in 2013, formerly functioned as a Service Coordinator.

Mr. DePriest-Bishop’s expanded responsibilities will focus on the execution of the upcoming interior and exterior renovation program for Kenilworth at Perring Park, Falls Village, Padonia Village, The Crossings at White Marsh and Hazelwood Apartments. His primary duties will entail assisting with the long-term staging and coordination of the improvement project including managing the schedules of third-party construction teams and vendors as well as overseeing their activities. Mr. DePriest-Bishop will also troubleshoot potential problems, address all safety components of the construction program, work to minimize the disruption to existing residents and maintain a high level of customer service.

Mr. DePriest-Bishop earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from Towson University. He previously worked for Lowe’s Home Improvement and Best Buy.
