Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc. (OTC Pink: BRBS), parent company of Blue Ridge Bank, N.A., announced today the sale of 1,304,848 shares of common stock for an aggregate price of approximately $19.9 million in a private placement to accredited investors. The Company expects to sell up to an additional 232,000 shares of common stock pursuant to a previously existing non-dilution right. Once completed, the total net proceeds for the Company are expected to be approximately $22.3 million.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including organic growth.
