Protect My Car announced that funds managed by Dock Square Capital have invested a minority stake in the Company in a series of transactions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Governor Jeb Bush, Managing Partner and Chairman of Dock Square Capital, will join as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
