Tillery Joins SECU to Expand Commercial Lending Business Relationships
SECU, Maryland’s leading credit union, is pleased to announce that Lee Tillery II has joined the company as a Business Relationship Officer. Tillery will expand SECU’s commercial lending relationships to support company and community growth.
Tillery brings over three decades of experience in the banking industry and has extensive expertise in both business and retail banking. Most recently, he served as the Vice President, Business Development Officer of First National Bank where he was responsible for small business development to provide banking solutions to local businesses.

His breadth of experience will be a great addition and resource to our business clients,” said Michele Moore, VP, Banking Branch at SECU. “His client-oriented approach will further enhance our efforts to put our members first. We are confident he will continue to make an impact on the greater Maryland community.”
As a proud Maryland resident, Tillery is passionate about supporting the local community. Prior to joining SECU, he participated in various organizations including the Maryland Safe Deposit Association, Southern Maryland Coalition Volunteer Committee and Business Networking International.
He also previously aided in disaster and humanitarian relief through his role as President of the Greenbelt Rotary Club.
Tillery currently serves as a member of the Bowie Economic Development Committee providing support to develop and better the city’s economy and a member of the Maryland Black Chamber of Commerce. Tillery was also recognized by ACCEL as a Leadership Mentor/Coach candidate in 2015. He currently resides in Bowie, Md with his wife.
