Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards is excited about teaming up with veteran back Mark Ingram and quarterback Lamar Jackson in new coordinator Greg Roman's offense during the 2019 season -- and has big things in mind for the entire team.
Edwards emerged on the scene as a relatively unknown talent in Baltimore after splitting time during his college career at Miami (Fla.) and Rutgers. He accumulated 1,690 rushing yards between the two schools from 2013-2017.
Following his time at Rutgers, he joined the Ravens as an undrafted free agent, eventually impressing enough to crack the 53-man roster. During his first season in Charm City, Edwards rushed for 718 yards and two touchdowns in 11 games.
