Dentons is announcing its intention to combine with a leading firm in Honduras, Gustavo Zacapa y Asociados, to extend its reach in Central America and further its growth strategy in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Its multidisciplinary practice includes corporate, litigation and advisory work. The combination in Honduras follows Dentons recent expansion in Central America.
