DFW Capital Partners, in partnership with Chartwell Investments Entrepreneur & Founder Capital, announced today that it has completed a growth investment in Regulatory and Quality Solutions, a leading provider of regulatory and quality consulting and engineering services for medical devices, IVDs, and combination products. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Monroeville, PA, R&Q has advised more than 250 clients across more than 1,000 projects with a diverse array of service offerings including worldwide regulatory affairs, quality systems, clinical evaluations, design assurance, product quality, large remediations, and post-market surveillance. This investment will accelerate R&Q’s growth trajectory as it continues to expand upon its industry-leading capabilities and reach.
Joining the R&Q Board will be DFW Operating Partner Kurt Brykman, who possesses deep regulatory consulting experience, previously serving in leadership roles with PAREXEL Consulting, Kinapse and Medpace. R&Q is DFW’s second portfolio investment in its newest fund, DFW Capital Partners VI, LP, which held its final closing in April 2019 with $500 million in aggregate commitments.
