Jen Sessums
McLean-based federal information technology services provider Steampunk Inc. announced Tuesday that Jen Sessums has joined the company as its chief design officer.
Sessums was most recently the director of customer experience design at Fannie Mae, where she led the creative customer service studio overseeing user experience professionals, visual and service designers, content strategists and visual storytellers. Before Fannie Mae, Sessums was the director of product design and marketing for GetWellNetwork.
Sessums earned her bachelor’s degree in visual communications from the University of Delaware.
