Venrock adds another 1.5M shares to its existing 3M shares in Altimmune (NASDAQ:ALT).

Venrock acquired an aggregate of 1.5M shares directly from the company for $11.3M.

Venrock's total holding of 4.5M shares represents 20.8% stake in the company.
