Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Rachael Britton to Community Manager of Padonia Village Apartments, a multifamily community located in Timonium, Maryland consisting of 554 apartment homes. Formerly Community Manager of Mount Ridge Apartments, Ms. Britton has worked for CRC since 2016.

In her new position, Ms. Britton will oversee the activities of 12 team members focused on maintaining high occupancy levels at the multifamily community located at 88 E. Padonia Road. Her responsibilities will include proactively addressing all asset management matters, as well as maintaining all exterior and interior environments in order to attract and retain residents. Ms. Britton will manage an upcoming capital improvement program that will result in $1.8 million worth of upgrades to Padonia Village Apartments.

Ms. Britton has risen quickly through CRC’s organization, starting as a Leasing Specialist at Kenilworth at Charles Apartments followed by a promotion to Portfolio Specialist approximately one year later. Her tenure at Mount Ridge Apartments was defined by reaching projected budget revenue while keeping expenses below budget and maintaining an average occupancy rate of nearly 95% during challenging conditions. Ms. Britton is also credited with building and maintaining a strong team that successfully reached key CRC property benchmarks.
