Jeffrey Ubben
The AES Corporation (NYSE: AES) today announced that Jeffrey Ubben has resigned from its Board of Directors. Ubben has been a Director on AES' Board since January 2018.
"We are grateful for Jeff's outstanding service on our Board over the last three years. He has been an active and valuable thought partner and advisor during an important time in AES' transformation," said Jay Morse, AES Chairman.
