MCB Real Estate, LLC, a Baltimore-based Commercial Real Estate firm, announced that it has signed a new lease with SBS Transportation for 1,000,200 square feet, to completely occupy a newly constructed logistics center in Palmetto, Georgia.
Headquartered in St Paul, Minnesota, SBS Transportation (SBS) is a single-source, asset based provider of end-to-end international shipping and logistics solutions -specializing in import container de-vanning, CFS services, export container loading, US Customs Brokerage, International air sea freight forwarding, and International ocean freight contract management. SBS has 11 locations across the United States and 4 along the East Coast. SBS will utilize the expansive space in Palmetto for storage, distribution, and minor assembly of power sports vehicles (ATV’s, recreation vehicles and jet skis).
