Virtual recruitment forums to present leadership development program details
Leadership Howard County, which seeks to empower leaders to strengthen and transform the community, is accepting applications and holding virtual recruitment forums for Leadership Premier, the organization’s signature leadership development program for senior-level business and community leaders.
- Leadership Premier 2022 Virtual Recruitment Forum, held on April 14 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., will present program information followed by a cocktail clinic hosted by Kimberly Prescott, founder of Prescott HR Consulting and host of business podcast “HR & Cocktails.”
- Leadership Premier 2022 Virtual Recruitment Forum, held on May 7 from 1:30 to 3 p.m., will provide perspective from recent Premier program graduates, who will share their program experiences, followed by a Q&A session.
The Leadership Premier program develops capable, well-informed individuals committed to devoting their time and resources for community improvement. The program addresses countywide issues in monthly, daylong seminars where participants meet with leaders in business, government and community services. More than 1,350 individuals have graduated from Leadership Premier and now lead nonprofit boards and civic organizations serving Howard County.
